I Will Follow Him

Have you ever questioned God when you know He wants you to do something that is outside your comfort zone? Have you ever started excited, but then it seems nothing is happening, and you begin to question if you heard correctly? Have you ever been tempted to give up? I have. I sometimes wonder if anyone is even reading this blog, and if they are, whether it's helping anyone. Then I remember, God called me to write and share what He has been teaching me. I need only obey, and He will take care of the rest. It's not about me, it's about glorifying Him and serving others.

When God calls us, we need only follow Him. He will take care of everything else. He wants us to obey, even when we can't see the finish line. That's where faith comes in. If He has called us, He will equip us. He will provide what is needed to accomplish His purposes. We offer Him what we have in our hands and trust that He will multiply it for His glory.

Maybe you are at a crossroads in your life, and you believe He is calling you to take a step of faith that seems impossible. Take that step. Trust Him to guide you and direct you. Follow Christ, even when you can't see the road ahead. Do not be afraid, He sees the beginning from the end. He is the God who parted the Red Sea, caused manna to fall from heaven, and caused water to pour out of a rock. He took five loaves and two fish and fed over 5000 people. Nothing is impossible for Him. He commands the wind and the waves. He will make a way for you as you follow Him in faith.

My heart is to follow Him and speak the things He lays on my heart to share with you. He will take care of everything else. I only desire to obey and serve. May you be blessed in the week ahead. Until next time!
